Job description
The Waters of Springfield is hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in Springfield, TN. The role focuses on planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services with a holistic, rehabilitative approach to help residents attain maximal independence.
Qualified candidates hold an active RN or LPN license in Tennessee and have experience in nursing management/administration. A commitment to elder care is essential.
