Job Summary
Arbor Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, the Assistant Director of Nursing will play a vital role in driving clinical excellence, staff development, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the nursing department
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and patient-centered care
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental needs
Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and support services, to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
At least ( YEARS ) years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Current RN license and advanced degree in nursing administration or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Certification in nursing administration or leadership (e.g., CNA, ANCC)
