Job description
Autumn Care of Nash is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the daily functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department. You will help ensure high-quality resident care in alignment with federal, state, and local standards.
The role requires an RN license and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care, plus basic computer skills for EHR navigation.
