Job description
Avir at Patriot is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in daily hospital and skilled nursing operations in Texas. The ADON will ensure staffing adequacy, supervise nursing staff, and ensure care aligns with policy, federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities include infection prevention coordination, surveillance feedback, and policy implementation.
