Job description
HumanGood community is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our senior living community. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor and train caregivers, support scheduling and staffing, and engage with residents and families.
