Job description
Regency Integrated Health Services in Harlingen, TX seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help ensure high-quality resident care based on assessments and individualized care plans. The ADON will support the DON with nursing operations, staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with physicians, families, and the nursing leadership team to maintain safe, effective care.
