Job description
Chautauqua Rehab in New York is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing services, ensure high-quality resident care, and uphold resident rights in a faith-based, resident-centered environment.
You will supervise staff, develop policies, coordinate with physicians, ensure accurate medical records, and maintain compliance with State, Federal, Joint Commission, and HIPAA standards, including hospice and acute care expertise.
