Job description
The Pavilion in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the clinical operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest quality of resident care.
The ADON will promote safety, lead initiatives, supervise staff, participate in QAPI activities, and coordinate with committees to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
