Job description
Oakpark-Health- seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ADON will mentor staff, plan clinical services, and collaborate across departments to improve resident care.
The ideal candidate has an RN license in Florida, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, and at least 2 years of leadership in skilled nursing.
