Upstate Services Group in New York state is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to guide our nursing staff and maintain high standards of resident care.
The ideal candidate holds a New York State RN license with at least 3 years in long-term care, and demonstrates strong leadership, training proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
