Job description
Aria Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the Nursing Department in coordinating restora tive care and ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
The ADON will work with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Medical Director to maintain high quality care, supervise CNAs, perform annual reviews, and participate in performance improvement initiatives while guiding a compassionate, patient-centered team.
