Job description
Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to become the Assistant Director of Nursing for our facility. This leadership role provides clinical and organizational leadership and support to our Director of Nursing.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality resident care.
