Job description
The Springs of Avalon invites applications for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). We are willing to train an LPN or RN with nursing home experience and provide opportunity to join a great team.
The ADON will plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Services Department to ensure high quality care and compliance with state and federal standards. Pay will be based on experience; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Daily Pay, Life Insurance and PTO.
