Job description
The Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN - Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Services department to ensure the highest quality patient care in accordance with Life Care standards.
This role emphasizes leadership in clinical operations, staff mentorship, infection control, and adherence to laws, regulations, and Life Care policies within a post-acute care setting.
