Job description
New York Rehab is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to collaborate with the DON and lead the nursing team in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership within long-term care, oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support regulatory compliance, including HIPAA adherence. In-person work with a collaborative, resident-centered approach is essential.
