Job description
Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support leadership of the community's clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate medications, and drive training and quality improvement initiatives.
The ADON reports to the Director of Nursing and works to promote safety, compliance, and resident wellbeing in alignment with Cedarhurst's mission and standards.
