Job description
Primrose Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to provide administrative and support services to the nursing department.
The ADON will ensure efficient delivery of nursing and direct care services, oversee medication management, and engage in community quality improvement efforts. Candidates must have a valid nursing license, CPR certification, and strong leadership skills. Preferred experience in long term care or assisted living.
