About the Role
As an Assistant Director of Nursing , you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our nursing team. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with our company's mission and values. Your expertise will help ensure that our patients and residents receive the highest level of care, and that our staff is empowered to deliver exceptional services.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with company goals and regulations
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify and address areas for improvement in patient care and staff development
Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and identify opportunities for quality improvement
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes staff engagement and retention
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum of insert minimum years of experience years of experience in nursing leadership or management
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
