Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our long-term care and post-acute facility. This role helps oversee daily nursing operations, supervises and mentors staff, and ensures resident-centered, high-quality care. The Assistant Director participates in care planning, assessments, and regulatory compliance, while supporting staff scheduling, training, and performance. Working in a faith-based, mission-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contribute to quality improvement, and grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
