Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this on-site role, you will help plan, organize, and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven culture. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, supporting regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality initiatives, and assisting with staff education and performance improvement.
