Assistant Director of Nursing, Long Term Care

Position Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of thePRI and MDS processesto maximize reimbursement and support financial sustainability
Represent the Nursing Department on theLTC Safety Committeeand coordinate employee safety initiatives
Coordinate and oversee theLTC attendance procedure process
Providedaily supervisory oversightof nursing staff and clinical operations
AssumeNurse Manager responsibilitiesin the absence of another Nurse Manager
Participate in therecruitment and interview processfor Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
CurrentRegistered Professional Nurse (RN)license
Four (4) years of managerial experience and two (2) years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in a Long-Term Care setting
Prior experience at the Assistant Director of Nursing level
