Job description
New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in New Paltz, NY seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DNS in managing quality of care. The role includes weekly wound/skin rounds, staff education, and ensuring accurate medical records.
The ADON will oversee daily staffing, participate in interviewing and orienting new staff, and maintain flexible hours to meet resident needs while upholding high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.
