You will support the Director of Nursing, guide the nursing team, and coordinate MDS activities from admission through discharge—all with a focus on accurate documentation, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care.**What You’ll Do*** Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and team leadership.* Coordinate MDS assessments, schedules, documentation, and interdisciplinary participation.* Help ensure care plans reflect each resident’s current needs and goals.* Assist with staffing, education, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness.* Provide clinical supervision and direct resident care.**What You’ll Bring*** Current, unencumbered Kansas LPN, RN license, or multistate RN license.* Previous MDS experience required.* Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident assessment requirements.* Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.* Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office.* Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.**Benefits and Opportunities to Earn More**Full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) and a strong benefits package designed to support health and financial well-being.
