Job description
Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a full-time nursing administrator at The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spring, TX. The role supports the Director of Nurses in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
Key duties include staffing oversight, coordinating with physicians and families, and participating in QA activities. Requires TX RN license, 3+ years SNF experience, and a willingness to work 8am–5pm.
