Job description
The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Southampton, NY seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) to support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations and management of nursing services.
The ADNS leads staff, ensures regulatory compliance with CMS, NYS DOH and CDC, guides QAPI initiatives, oversees documentation, and coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care.
