Job description
Exton Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and support our nursing teams in a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. You will collaborate with the Administrator, manage nursing services, and ensure high-quality resident care, safety, and compliance while fostering a compassionate work environment.
Requirements include a valid RN license and at least three years of clinical nursing experience, plus supervisory leadership.
