Job description
MediLodge of Lansing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting. The ADON collaborates across units, chairs committees, and oversees nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
