Job description
Citadel Healthcare seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team and partner with the Director of Nursing to uphold high-quality patient care. The ADON supervises, analyzes, delegates, and evaluates nursing services to maintain standards and advise leadership on nursing matters.
