About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at our Middle Township, New Jersey location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and mentoring our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with the leadership team to set goals and objectives for the nursing department
Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge
Monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
