Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a clinical management position as the Assistant Director of Nursing. In this leadership role at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will assist with overseeing nursing operations in our community, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the quality of life for our residents.
Minimum starting salary for the position is $85,000 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
Assist with supervising nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards.
Educate staff on best practices in patient care and nursing protocols.
Conduct regular assessments of nursing services to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the clinical leadership team and assist with infection prevention and wound care oversite in the community.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, residents, and families.
Experience in budgeting and resource allocation is a plus.
Infection Prevention and Wound Care certifications are a plus.
Long Term Care experience preferred
