Are you a nurse leader who thrives on mentorship, clinical excellence, and high-quality resident care? We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing / Infection Preventionist to join our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Do:
Empower the Team: Interview, hire, and mentor nursing staff to help them reach their full potential.
Clinical Oversight: Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and supervising care delivery.
Infection Prevention: Act as the community’s subject matter expert on safety and infection control.
Leadership in Action: Step into the Acting DON role when needed, using your independent judgment to drive success.
What You’ll Need:
An active Michigan Nursing License (RN) .
A passion for geriatric or long-term care nursing.
The ability to lead with empathy, communication, and collaborative spirit.
