Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our long-term care and rehab community. In this on-site role, you will help oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and develop staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with our faith-based mission. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, regulatory compliance, documentation review, and quality improvement. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support education and onboarding, and play a key role in fostering a compassionate, dignified care environment.
