Job description
Morada Senior Living in Temple, TX, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN or LVN) to oversee nursing care in the Skilled Nursing Facility. You will supervise direct nursing care, ensure accurate medical records, and coordinate care plans, conferences, and staffing across shifts.
This role requires strong assessment, medication administration, triage skills and prior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing. The DON role may be exercised in absence, with on-call duties as needed.
