Job description
Puttshack USA Addison, TX, seeks an Assistant Director of Operations to oversee a high-velocity venue with a multi-faceted F&B program and tech-enabled mini golf. You will drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all venue functions.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead diverse teams, optimize processes, ensure safety/compliance, and champion a guest-centric culture while helping grow profitability and brand standards.
