Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP) for an in‑house Skilled Nursing Facility in Grand Island, NE. The role supports the Director of Rehabilitation in managing therapy operations and ensuring high standards of care.
The position requires active licensure in one or more therapy disciplines, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Ongoing professional development and PDPM/MDS familiarity are preferred.
