Job description
Salem State University seeks an Assistant Director of Outreach and Community Engagement to lead the expansion of online BSW and MSW degree pathways. This leadership role focuses on bridging academic rigor with workforce needs and building durable partnerships with community colleges, regional employers, and diverse stakeholders.
The role is a three-year, grant-funded, full-time, 12-month staff position on campus in Salem, MA, with no teaching duties and no remote work eligibility.
