We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood professional to join our team as an Assistant Director .

As an Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
Support the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff.
Lead by example, fostering a positive culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in early childhood education.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and retaining high-quality teaching staff.
Help ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and promote developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Build positive relationships with families through effective communication, tours, and enrollment support.
Support administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, enrollment management, and general office operations.
Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment and strengthen community partnerships.

Have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting .
Have early childhood education experience (required) .
Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred) .
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
Possess excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Are passionate about supporting children, families, and educators in a high-quality learning environment.
