NYU Langone Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services - Transplant in New York, NY. The role oversees transplant pharmacy activities, quality assurance, and coordination across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The position requires a PharmD, NY licensure, and completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies (or equivalent). Board certification in Pharmacotherapy or related specialty is required within 18 months of hire, with strong leadership and communication skills.
