Job description
Angels Care Home Health in Russell, KS is seeking an Assistant DON who is a registered nurse (RN) to oversee quality patient care in the home setting and assist the DON in all clinical aspects of the agency.
The role focuses on administration of clinical departments, monitoring staffing and productivity, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies. A nursing diploma/ASN/BSN and supervisory experience are required.
