Assistant ForemanCannonball Recruiting is seeking a skilled Assistant Foreman to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees engaged in the fabrication, fitting, welding, and assembly of steel components. This position is responsible for planning and assigning work, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, enforcing safety requirements, and leading employees to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery objectives. The Assistant Foreman serves as a technical resource and leadership presence on the shop floor while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Pay: $32-40/hr.Shift: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)Qualifications:Proven leadership in a welding/fabrication shop settingAbility to read blueprints, job orders and production schedulesAbility to lead and mentor employeesAbility to coordinate production activitiesPlan and establish work schedules and assignmentsBenefits:Heath / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%)Accident and Critical Illness optionsHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO9 paid Holidays
