Job TitleWage $20.05-$22.28 per hourWhy Join The Team?Benefits offering (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off)10% off groceries for you and your familyFlexible schedulingDaily pay optionsOpportunities for advancementDuties And Responsibilities IncludeEnsures team members are continually communicated with and properly trained regarding all related functions of their job responsibilities as: proper handling of guest checks, over-rings, refunds, WIC, Absolute Card, security issues, counting of register funds, guest services, price changes, location of store products, produce codes, etc.Is aware of Ad items, special prices, coupon deals or other features that apply to the store's sales program. Always communicates the information to the front-end.Immediately notifies proper personnel of any pricing errors or items not found in file.Establishes and monitors team member work schedules to ensure maximum guest service, productivity and efficiency. This includes continually observing the front-end for proper coverage during high volume times and ensuring additional help as needed.Ensures the availability, control and proper use of front-end supplies as: bags, register tapes, office forms, cleaning supplies, etc. within established budgets and guidelines.Supports Front End Manager in tasks assigned.Minimum Age21 YearsPhysical/Sensory DemandsWork is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
