About the Role
We have an immediate opportunity for a full time Assistant Front Office Manager. The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist the Front Office Manager in supervising the front office staff including the Front Desk Agents, PBX, Concierge and Bell Staff. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Office Department and this individual assumes Manager on Duty responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist the Front Office Manager in supervising the front office staff including the Front Desk Agents, PBX, Concierge and Bell Staff.

This individual assumes Manager on Duty responsibilities.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Ability to move from place to place up stairs.
Lifting and carrying luggage.
Ability to hear and communicate with others.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
This job requires 1-2 years prior hotel front desk experience.
A Hospitality degree is a plus.
Required Skills
Strong customer service skills, conflict resolution skills and attention to detail are required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HMS INFOR is a plus.
