Job description
Kleinfelder is seeking an Assistant General Counsel (Claims & Litigation) to lead the company’s management of all claims, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. You will partner with executives, operations, risk management, and outside counsel to mitigate risk and achieve favorable outcomes.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will oversee professional liability, E&O, employment, and general liability matters while supporting commercial contracting and various corporate governance
