Job description
Golden Gate University seeks an Assistant General Counsel to provide pragmatic legal counsel across contracts, regulatory compliance, employment, governance, and international programs. This role remote, reporting to the General Counsel and Chief of Staff, supports leadership and coordinates with outside counsel.
The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the CA Bar, and has 5+ years of in-house or equivalent experience in higher education.
