Assistant General Manager — Vicious Biscuit

3+ years of upper‑level managerial experience
ServSafe and alcohol certification required

The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and driving a great guest experience. You'll:
Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety
Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions
Lead the team — hiring, training, and ongoing development
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride
