Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager to join our Boulevard American Bistro leadership team!

What You'll Be Doing
Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and daily operational execution.
Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Monitor restaurant performance, support financial goals, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Resolve guest concerns and support restaurant promotions, special events, and company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual or full-service dining.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Experience with labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
