As an Assistant General Manager at Concordia Market and Vino Volo, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of our restaurant, from food quality and service to our dedicated team and inviting atmosphere, consistently exceeds expectations. Leadership: Lead and inspire our service and culinary teams to consistently deliver outstanding service and food quality.

Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture.
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
Stable working history that demonstrates upward career progress.
