Key Responsibilities:
Control food and labor costs to enhance profitability.
Lead a team of up to 6 managers and 60 employees to foster a culture of excellence.
Engage with the community through fundraisers and outreach events.
Drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven problem-solving abilities and team consensus-building skills.
High school diploma required.
Competitive Edge:
Experience in the restaurant industry.
Management experience.
College degree preferred.
Familiarity with Culver's operations is an advantage.
