Job description
CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Bowie, MD to bring our mission and values to life for guests and Team Members. You will partner with the General Manager to set store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly staff through leadership and coaching.
The AGM will support schedules, forecasting, labor management, and inventory, aiming for exceptional operations and guest experiences. Competitive hourly pay is offered, with annualized projection provided in the ad.
