We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead one of our growing fitness locations. In this role you will drive revenue, grow the client base, and inspire our team and members to reach their fitness goals. This is an energetic, enthusiastic position in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue and customer service success.
Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Generate leads through local outreach initiatives.
Lead evening and weekend shifts.
